Receta Peanut Butter Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 x fryer chicken cut up
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- 1 x fresh or possibly canned tomato,minced
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 3 x hard-boiled Large eggs, sliced
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, salt and 2 c. water. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 30 min. Add in ketchup. Blend peanut butter and remaining 1 c. water. Add in to chicken mix. Cover and simmer 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally. Add in cayenne and Large eggs.
- Makes 4 servings. Servewith noodles or possibly rice.
