Receta Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 x garlic cloves chopped
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 c. shredded red cabbage
- Â Â Sliced green onion tops
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 5 min or possibly till smooth. Reserve half of the sauce. Slice chicken lengthwise into 1-inch (2.5-cm) strips; thread onto skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 min). Grill over medium warm coals for 2 min; turn and brush with peanut butter sauce. Continue turning and basting for 4-6 min or possibly till juices run clear. Place cabbage on a serving plate; top with chicken. Sprinkle with onion tops. Serve with reserved sauce.
