Receta Peanut Butter Date Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. minced dates
- Sugar to sprinkle on tops
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream first 4 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk. Stir in dates. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with sugar and bake 20 min.
- Reduce sodium baking pwdr is available in health food shops. It seems to produce a speckled effect in baked goods, but significantly reduces the sodium content.
