Receta Peanut Butter Milkshake

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Creamy peanut butter
- Â Â Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Â Â Vanilla ice cream

- Fill a tall glass or possibly mug with as much lowfat milk as you wish (I use 1 c.); pour into blender, and add in the vanilla and peanut butter. Whirl for 1 minute; add in 2 scoops ice cream, then whirl 1 minute more.
- Variations: Try your favorite ice cream flavor; Substitute strawberry or possibly other jam for the peanut butter; substitute fresh fruit-some raspberries or possibly a banana-for the peanut butter;
