Receta Peanut Butter Surprise Balls

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 2 tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 tbsp. toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 c. cornflakes
- Raisins, peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate pcs or possibly candy-coated lowfat milk chocolate pcs
Direcciones
- 1. To make the dough, put peanut butter and honey in the bowl. Stir to mix well.
- 2. Add in dry lowfat milk pwdr, sesame seed and wheat germ. Stir till well mixed.
- 3. Put cornflakes in a plastic bag. Seal bag shut. Crush cornflakes. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes over a piece of wax paper.
- 4. Use a small spoon to scoop spoonfuls of the dough. Shape the dough around a raisin, peanut, chocolate piece or possibly candy. Roll in cornflakes.
- 5. Put balls in a tightly covered container. Place in the refrigerator.
- Makes approximately 25 balls.
