Receta Peanut Butter Swirls (Cookie)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. fat
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter (can make your own)
- 1 (6 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate bar
Direcciones
- Cream fat and sugar. Add in peanut butter, egg and lowfat milk. Sift dry's and add in to first mix. Place on a floured board, roll to rectangle shape.
- Heat chocolate, cold and spread on dough. Roll like jelly roll and place in wax paper. Chill. Remove and slice in 1/2 inch pcs. Place on ungreased pan and bake at 375 degree oven for 8-10 min. Makes about 4 dozen.
