Receta Peanuts And Tiny Seafish (Teri Kacang)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb tiny salted fish (rice teri dish)
- 1/4 lb peanuts
- 3 sm shallots
- 2 x red chilies
- 2 x green chilies
- 2 tsp vegetables oil
Direcciones
- Stir-fry tiny fish and peanuts with 1 tsp. oil till golden. Remove and leak through (drain). Set aside.
- Slice shallots very thinly and also slice both chilies in round forms then stir-fry these with 1 tsp. oil till faded.
- Add in the peanuts and tiny fish and mix it for approximately 2 min. Remove and ready to serve
- This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
