Receta Pecan Pie Imperial

Ingredientes
- 1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell
- 3/4 c. shelled pecans
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 pound brown sugar (light or possibly dark)
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Pour pecans into unbaked pie shell, distribute proportionately. Cream butter, add in sugar and blend. Add in Large eggs one at a time, blend thoroughly. Add in cream and vanilla flavoring, blend and pour into pie shell over pecans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. This will make 2 pies when using store bought pie shells.
