Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2/3 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Direcciones
- Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 c. sugar and pie spice. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 beaten Large eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 c. sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mix. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till filling is set.
