Ingredientes
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tbsp. cool water
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 full c. pecans
- 1 box powdered sugar for coating
Direcciones
- Chop pecans. Heat butter in saucepan. Mix all ingredients. Add in butter and vanilla. Mix well. Roll into hard cookies about the size of a date and place on cookie sheet. Refrigeratein refrigerator 2 hrs. Bake at 275 degrees till light brown. Roll in sifted powdered sugar while warm; roll again when cold. Store in air-tight container.
