Ingredientes
- 20 ears yellow corn
- 6 green peppers, seeded and minced
- 6 red peppers, seeded and minced
- 4 lg. yellow onions, sliced
- 1 head cabbage, cored and minced
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. powdered mustard
- 2 tbsp. celery seed
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. grnd turmeric
- 5 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Cut corn off cob. Combine with all remaining ingredients. Cook for 20 min. Place in warm sterilized jars and seal at once. Makes 10 pints.
