Receta Pepper Steak

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 3/4 lb Pepper steak meat
- 4 tsp Corn starch
- 1 sm Green pepper, sliced
- 1 sm Red pepper ,sliced
- 4 x Scallions cut in 1 inch strips
- 1 c. Beef broth
Direcciones
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade. Marinate meat 20 min. Stir fry pepper steak till brown. Add in peppers and scallions and stir fry till tender. Mix cornstarch and beef broth and add in to skillet. Bring to a boil and boil one minute. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
