Receta Peppermint Holiday Mold

Ingredientes
- 12 peppermint candies
- 2 c. water
- 2 Packages (4 serving size) or possibly 1 pkg. (8 serving size) strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. cool water
- 2 c. thawed non-dairy topping
Direcciones
- Place candies and 2 c. of water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer gently, stirring occasionally till candy has melted. Completely dissolve gelatin in warm peppermint water in a bowl. Add in cool water and refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Spoon 2 1/2 c. of the thickened gelatin into the mold. Blend whipped topping into remaining gelatin. Spoon over clear layer in mold. Refrigerateat least 4 hrs. Unmold. Garnish with additional whipped topping and peppermint candies. Makes 5 c. or possibly 10 servings.
