Receta Peppery London Broil With Potato Packets

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp EACH paprika, dry mustard and chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp EACH garlic pwdr, coarsely grnd pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne
- 1 lb 1-inch-thick boneless beef top round, fat trimmed
- 1Â 1/2 lrg Red-skinned potatoes, scrubbed, thinly sliced
- 1 x Red bell pepper, halved, cored, cut in narrow strips
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp EACH dry thyme and salt
Direcciones
- Mix spice rub ingredients in a small bowl. Have ready four 12-inch-long strips of heavy duty foil. Rub spice rub onto both sides of meat. Heat grill.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Divide mix among the 4 pcs of foil, placing mix near one end. Mix in half to create packet; fold edges to seal completely.
- Grill packets 25-30 min, turning over once, till potatoes are tender when pierced. After packets have cookied 25 min (remove if done), add in steak to grill. Grill 5-7 min per side for rare, 7-9 min for medium and 9-11 min for well done.
