Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 slightly beaten Large eggs
- 2 c. (1 day old) bread cubes
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk and Large eggs. Pour over bread cubes. Stir in remaining ingredients. our mix into 8 inch round baking dish. Place in shallow pan and pour water around dish, 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
