Receta Perfect Caesar Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
- 3-4 cloves crushed garlic
- 4-5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp.lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- Croutons
Direcciones
- Shake all ingredients in a jar with lid till smooth. Pour over lettuce and croutons and serve immediately.
