Receta Perfect Lima Beans

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. lg. lima beans (dry)
- 1 sm. ham hock
- 4 c. water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 sm. onion
Direcciones
- Cover lima beans and ham with water. Boil 2 min. Cover, let stand 1 hour, then simmer till tender, season with salt. Place beans and 1 1/2 c. water in casserole. Stir in molasses and mustard and brown sugar. Put whole onion in center. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
