Receta Perfect Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 quart. sliced fresh or possibly canned peaches
Direcciones
- Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine sugar, flour, baking pwdr and lowfat milk; mix well. Pour melted butter over the mix. Don't stir. Arrange peach slices in pan and pour sugar mix over the top. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till done.
- Any fruit can be substituted for the peaches as long as it is not pie filling.
- My husband loves this recipe because he said there was no way I could mess it up.
