Receta Perfect Potato Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. plain lowfat yoghurt
- 2 x spring onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard pwdr
- Â Â a lemon, juice of
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp sugar, (optional)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Whisk together all the ingredients and the dilute with a little lowfat milk or possibly water if you like.
- Toss with boiled baby potatoes, diced dill cucumbers, parsley and lots of black pepper for a taste sensation.
