Receta Perfect Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- Rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, barely beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash of cinnamon
Direcciones
- Grease small to medium size bowl, set aside. Prepare sufficient rice to make 3/4 c. cooked rice. Put into greased bowl. Add in rest of ingredients into bowl with the rice and stir well before cooking. Place bowl into pan with about 1 1/2 inches of water in bottom of pan. Bake in oven for about 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees. Stir once or possibly twice while cooking to prevent rice from settling. Pudding is done when a table knife inserted comes out clean. Serves 6.
