Receta Perry Como's Red Cabbage Sweet And Sour

Ingredientes
- 1 head red cabbage, about 4 lbs.
- 2 x onions
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 x tart apples, green
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar
- Â Â salt
- Â Â pepper
Direcciones
- Slice or possibly chop cabbage and onions fine.
- Saute/fry onions in butter. Add in sliced or possibly minced apples. Stir to prevent burning. Add in cabbaage and water.
- Cook slowly for approximately one hour. Add in vinegar and sugar. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook 5 or possibly 10 min more. Serve.
- Prepartation and Cooking Time: about 1 hour and 30 min.
