- 1 sm Cuke -- peeled and diced
- 1/4 c. EACH raisins and minced
- Â Â Fresh mint leaves
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1 x Pd
- Â Â Pita bread
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except bread and refrigerateup to 72 hours. Cut pitas into triangles and toast under broiler; use as dippers.
- Makes 2 C. dip.
