Receta Philly Chocolate Tunnel Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 layer) chocolate cake mix with pudding
- 1/3 c. soft butter
- 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T soft butter
- 2 ounce Bakers semi sweet chocolate
- 2 T corn syrup
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting butter for oil. Reserve 1 cup batter. Pour remaining batter into 12 cup greased and lightly floured tube pan. Put together cream cheese and sugar, mix at medium speed till well blended. Blend in one egg at a time. Pour over batter in pan. Spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mix. Bake 1 hour or possibly till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 30 min; remove to wire rack. Put together butter, chocolate and corn syrup in saucepan. Cook over low heat till chocolate is melted. Mix well. Pour over cooled cake.
