Receta Philly Steak Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. minced steak or possibly hamburger
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 lg. mushrooms, minced
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Brown meat with vegetables. Season with season salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt. Add in:
- Thicken with 1 tbsp flour or possibly cornstarch (optional). Cook 10 to 15 min. Turn off burner. Slice Swiss or possibly Monterey Jack cheese and lay on top of meat mix. Put on lid till cheese melts. Serve sandwich mix on any type of buns.
