Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 4 Tbsp. cool water

- Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Add in the shortening and mix it into the flour and salt with a fork or possibly your fingertips till the mix has the texture of course crumbs. Fold in the water, little at a time. Chill to refrigeratebefore rolling out the dough.
- This recipe yields pastry for 1 double crust pie.
- Yield: 1 double crust
