Receta Pie Crust & Pecan Pie Filling

Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. shortening
- Dash of salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. cool water
Direcciones
- For Crust: Cut flour, salt and shortening together. Add in beaten egg, water and lemon juice; mix well. Roll out. This makes 3 pie crusts.
- Mix filling and pour in raw crust. Bake till hard, about 40 min in 350 degree oven.
