Receta Pina Colada Cheesecake Coconut Crust

Ingredientes
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (6 ounce.) can pineapple juice
- 3 Large eggs, separated
- 3 pkg. (8 ounce. each) softened cream cheese
- 1/4 c. dark Jamacian rum
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
Direcciones
- Mix 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs with 1 c. flaked coconut. Stir in 1/3 c. melted butter. Press into bottom of 8 to 9 inch springform pan. Refrigeratetill ready to use.
