Receta Pineapple And Dried Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 125 gm Dry whole apricots, (4oz)
- 8 x Prunes
- 25 gm Dry apple rings, (1oz)
- 300 ml Orange or possibly pineapple juice, (1/2 pint)
- 1 sm Pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. Minced, toasted hazelnuts
Direcciones
- Soak the apricots, prunes and apple rings in the orange or possibly pineapple juice for 8 hrs.
- Cut the skin from the pineapple. Slice it, remove the cores and chop the slices. Mix the pineapple with the dry fruits and juice and refrigeratefor a further hour. Add in more fruit juice if you wish.
- Put the fruit salad into serving bowls, scatter the toasted hazelnuts over the top and serve at once.
- Note the chilling time of 9 hrs for this recipe.
