  1. Grease a 9-inch square cake pan. In a large bowl sift together the flour and baking soda. Add in the cinnamon, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mix and add in the oil, pineapple, Large eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Stir to blend, but don't use a mixer. Fold the pecans into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min. Serves 9.
