Receta Pineapple Banana Nut Snack Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. diced bananas
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Grease a 9-inch square cake pan. In a large bowl sift together the flour and baking soda. Add in the cinnamon, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mix and add in the oil, pineapple, Large eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Stir to blend, but don't use a mixer. Fold the pecans into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min. Serves 9.
