- 4 rib chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce

- Brown chops over medium heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add in juice and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer till chops are done, about 15 to 50 min (depending on the thickness of the chops). Add in water (or possibly more juice), if necessary.
