- 2 pound cream cheese, soften
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
- 2 loaves rye bread

- Cream the cheese soft. Add in pineapple and mix well. Decrust the bread and cut into desired shapes. Spread on bread generously with cheese mix. Makes about 100 small open face sandwiches.
