Receta Pineapple Pecan Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 c. Margarine
- 1 can DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Syrup or possibly Juice, liquid removed
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 c. Coarsely minced pecans
Direcciones
- FOR CRUST, combine 2 c. flour and powdered sugar. Cut in margarine till mix is crumbly. Press onto bottom of 13x9" baking pan. Bake in 350'F. oven 15 min. Remove from oven.
- FOR TOPPING, combine liquid removed pineapple, Large eggs, brown sugar and 1/3 c. flour. Stir in pecans. Pour over partially baked crust. Bake in 350'F. oven 30-35 min or possibly till set. Cold completely. Cut into bars.
- Makes 32 bars.
