Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, divided
- 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. well liquid removed crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Spread 1 c. cookie crumbs in a 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan. Beat together butter, sugar and egg. Spread mix over crumbs. Whip cream till stiff. Mix in liquid removed pineapple. Spread whipped cream mix over butter mix. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover with waxed paper. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
