  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 ounce.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple plus juice
  • 2 (3 ounce.) Packages strawberry Jello

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring often. Cook 8 to 10 min or possibly till rhubarb is tender. Add in gelatin, stirring till dissolved. Can quickly and process 10 min in boiling water. 3 1/2 pints.
