- Soak pipis in water for 2 hrs to remove sand.
- Put 1cm of water into heated camp oven or possibly frypan. Add in pipis.
- Once shells open, add in 600mls water and simmer for about 10 mins.
- Strain and add in lowfat milk.
- Thicken with the seasoned flour blended with a little of the lowfat milk.
- Serve sprinkled with native herbs.
