Receta Pizza Dip

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1/2 c. pepperoni, finely minced
- 1/4 c. green onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Beat first 4 ingredients together till well blended. Spread mix proportionately into a pie plate or possibly quiche dish. Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese mix. Sprinkle pepperoni, green onion and green pepper proportionately over pizza sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and return to oven for 5 more min. Be careful not to overcook as cheese can become hard and make it difficult for dipping.
- Serve with nacho chips, broccoli or possibly other cut up vegetables.
