Receta Plain Old Rhubarb Pie

Ingredientes
- Â Â A recipe of double pie crust
- 3 c. Diced rhubarb
- 1Â 1/2 x Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Quick-cooking tapioca
- Â Â Grated rind of half a lemon or possibly orange
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Line a 9-inch pie tin with half the pastry and sprinkle a little flour over it. Combine rhubarb, sugar, tapioca, lemon rind and salt and put in pastry shell. Dot with butter. Arrange a lattice of pastry strips on top. Bake in moderate 350 degrees F. oven for 1 hour.
