Receta Plum Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 jar plum baby food, jr.
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add in rest of the ingredients. Blend well and spoon into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Remove from pan on rack. Pour glaze over bread. 1/4 c. sugar Healthy pinch of soda 2 tbsp. lowfat milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon almond
- Simmer 3 min, pour warm over bread. I use a pastry brush.
