Ingredientes
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion diced
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x tomatoes minced
- 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs minced
- Â Â (oregano, basil, parsley)
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 pch sugar
Direcciones
- In a saucepan over medium heat, saute/fry garlic and onion in oil for 2 min. Add in tomatoes and herbs, continue to cook for 5 min till the tomatoes soften. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve with Cheese And Herb Ravioli (see recipe).
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
