- Cook apples, water, sugar and cinnamon together till very soft. Mash them lightly with fork or possibly potato masher, leaving some chunks of apples still in it.
- Place the biscuits in the bottom of a 13x9 inch cake pan to cover the entire bottom surface of the pan. Spoon apple mix over the biscuits, covering completley.
- Sprinkle with additional sugar and cinnamon, and dot with about 1/4 c. of margarine, if you like.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 min, or possibly until the top is starting to caramelize a bit.
- This is great warm or possibly cool. If your biscuits are really big, you can cut them in half to fit better in the pan.
