  • 2 can Biscuits, baked
  • 4 c. Apples, peeled and cored
  • 1 c. Water
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon


  1. Cook apples, water, sugar and cinnamon together till very soft. Mash them lightly with fork or possibly potato masher, leaving some chunks of apples still in it.
  2. Place the biscuits in the bottom of a 13x9 inch cake pan to cover the entire bottom surface of the pan. Spoon apple mix over the biscuits, covering completley.
  3. Sprinkle with additional sugar and cinnamon, and dot with about 1/4 c. of margarine, if you like.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 min, or possibly until the top is starting to caramelize a bit.
  5. This is great warm or possibly cool. If your biscuits are really big, you can cut them in half to fit better in the pan.
