Receta Popcorn Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 5 Tbsp. Hellmann's lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Dry parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled & deveined
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice & tabasco. Combine bread crumbs & tarragon.
- Dip small-sized shrimp in mayonnaise mix, stirring to coat. Dredge in bread crumb mix, coating proportionately.
- Place on a cookie sheet which has been lined with foil & the foil sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 500F for 15 min or possibly till golden brown.
