Ingredientes

- 150 g powdered sugar

- 800 g of blueberries

- From 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, yeast and lukewarm milk prepare sourdough, which leave it to rise. Mix the flour with medium-coarse flour and sugar, add salt, egg yolks, melted butter and sourdough yeast. Prepare a smooth dough. Sprinkle it with flour, cover with tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise.
- Warm up the oven to 180 ° C. Fold the dough onto the prepared sheet, hand it to mash and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sugar mixed with cinnamon, blueberries eventually. Place in a preheated oven and bake about 20 minutes.
