Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Mix hamburger, salt, rice and pepper into balls. Brown 1 small onion and bell pepper in shortening. Add in tomato juice and nutmeg. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
