Ingredientes
- 1 x whole small pig (cleaned and aprox 10 kilos)
- 10 x cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 5 x fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 Tbsp. Rosemary
- 2 c. Cachaca
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 10 Tbsp. salt
- 1 x few drops of warm sauce
Direcciones
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius
- Place the pig in a roasting panBlend all of the ingredients together till the mix is a paste like consistency.
- Spread the mix all over the pigLet stand for 20 min.
- Place the pan in the oven and cook for 3 hrs.
- The Plate:Place the roasted pig on a serving platter and garnish with tomato and apple slices.
