Receta Pork And Bbq Sauce On Bun

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Cook pork -- thinly sliced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Bbq sauce
- 4 lrg Hamburger buns -- buttered
- 1 med Onion -- sliced crosswise
- 1 x Clove garllic -- chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine or possibly sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Stir sliced pork into bbq sauce. Cook over low heat till pork is warm.
- Spoon pork with bbq sauce into hamburger buns. Garnish with dill pickles and coleslaw.
- BBQ sauce. Saute/fry onion and garlic in butter in heavy saucepan for 3-4 minutes or possibly till onion is soft, stirring constantly. Add in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes.
