Receta Pork and cider hotpot with prunes for a very English lunch
Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper
- about 1kg pork loins/fillets
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 + 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 15 baby onions (or 10 halved shallots)
- 4 rashers of bacon, chopped
- 2 tsp English mustard
- 450-500ml cider (I used Orchard Pig Medium Table Cider)
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 12 dried prunes, stoned
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 1 bay leaf
