Receta Pork And Sauerkraut Supper

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 6 pork chops
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 3/4 c. apple juice
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 3 med. potatoes, cut to 1/4 inch thick slices
- 2 cooking apples, cored, quartered
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Brown chops in oil; set aside. In remaining drippings cook onion till tender, add in 1/4 c. apple juice, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet. In baking dish, combine onion mix, sauerkraut, potatoes, apples, brown sugar and remaining apple juice. Tuck chops in sauerkraut mix. Salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
