Receta Nutty Graham Picnic Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Pillsbury's Best all purpose or possibly unbleached flour (see note)
- 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1/2 tsp McCormick or possibly Schilling cinnamon
- 1 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel or possibly McCormick or possibly Schilling bits
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 5 tsp Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Minced nuts

- I found the recipe you were requesting from Pillsbury's 28th Bake-Off
- Heat oven to 350 F. Using 1 Tablespoons solid shortening, generously grease and flour 12-c. fluted tube pan or possibly 10-inch tube pan (non-stick finish pan, too).
- (Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off.) In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except nuts; beat 3 min at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 F. for 45 to 50 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in cente comes out clean. Cold upright in pan 15 min; invert onto serving plate, cold completely.
- In small saucepan, heat 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, lowfat milk and butter just till melted. Remove from heat; add in powdered sugar and blend till smooth.
- Drizzle over cake; sprinkle with nuts. 12 to 16 servings.
- NOTE: If using Pillsbury's Best Self-Rising Flour, omit salt and baking pwdr and reduce soda to 1/4 tsp..
- High Altitude - Above 3500 Feet: Bake at 350 F. for 50 to 55 min.
